Yes it really is called Portulaca - Jump up and Kiss Me! A very successful plant in our environment as they do well with little water. The bonus is they attract a large number of butterflies and can come in a wide range of bright colors and has groups of small flowers, often with two different colors so they look like miniature boquets!
